This is important information regarding the Univision Mastercard® Prepaid Card issued by The Bancorp Bank, Member FDIC. Please read this notice carefully and keep it for future reference. If you have questions, please call 877-883-6688 Monday through Sunday 8am – 10pm Eastern Standard Time.

Effective February 22, 2018 (the “Effective Date”), your Cardholder Agreement will be amended. Keep this notice with your Cardholder Agreement. If you reject this amendment and wish to close the Card Account, please call Customer Service at 877-883-6688 and a balance refund check will be sent to you at no charge.

  • On the Effective Date, the bill pay service available through your MyAccount page will no longer be available. This means, on the Effective Date, you will not be able to pay bills from your MyAccount page.
  • ACTION REQUIRED BY YOU: Whether you use the MyAccount page to make one-time payments or recurring payments, you MUST make alternate payment arrangments before the Effective Date. NO payments will be processed after the Effective Date - this includes payments scheduled to be made after February 22, 2018. Please be advised that Univision, The Bancorp Bank, and Fidelity Information Services, the provider of the bill pay service will not be liable if your payments to payees are late or delinquent.
  • You may continue to pay billers and merchants directly by providing them with either your Card number, or Card Account and bank routing number. You may obtain your Card Account and bank routing number from the automated phone service by calling 877-883-6688 twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week or by speaking to a Customer Service agent Monday through Sunday, 8am – 10pm Eastern Standard Time.
